Mission of Salt And Light Teen Ministry

The mission of the Salt and Light Teen Ministry is to embrace our teens in our own vibrant and caring community, meeting them where they are and introducing the Kingdom of God by providing opportunities for them to:
​
*Grow in their relationship with God, proclaiming the revelation of who Jesus Christ is to us and through us
*Exposing the lies of enemy by revealing the Truth of the Word of God found in the Word that will set them free
* Develop leadership abilities by teaching and demonstrating divine order, discipline, repesct to leadership and authority, and being sensitive to and helping to serve the needs of others
*Having FUN in a faith filled, Christ Centered Environment
“You are the salt of the earth. But if the salt loses its saltiness, how can it be made salty again? It is no longer good for anything, except to be thrown out and trampled underfoot.
“You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.
